We’re launching Knowledge Rise, a pan-European initiative powered by a consortium of seven higher education institutions, three businesses, one governmental organization, and one NGO across seven European countries. Our mission: build institutional innovation and entrepreneurship capacity in Deep Tech and empower HEIs, students, and businesses to drive the transition to blue and green economies.

Course developer and training provider

Task description:

🌐 Develop teaching materials in the field of Computer science, Electronics, Cybersecurity or Entrepreneurship;

🌐 Trains and mentors students in courses initiated by the project;

🌐 Participate in attracting and selection of students for the courses;

The ideal candidate:

🌟 Is an assistant professor or an associate professor.

🌟 Has relevant research and teaching experience in the fields of: Computer science, Electronics, Cybersecurity or Entrepreneurship.

🌟 Has previous experience working with students at TU-Varna

🌟 Has previous experience working on national and international projects at TU-Varna;

 

Accountant

Task description:

🌐 Takes part in the accounting of the project.

🌐 Manages the financial documentation of the project.

The ideal candidate:

🌟 Has relevant accounting experience and qualification.

🌟 Has previous experience working on national and international projects at TU-Varna;

 

Technical assistant

Task description:

🌐 Aids the coordinator in managing project documentation;

🌐 Supports technically project activities

🌐 Communicates with team members and stakeholders – including on topics related to ongoing course development and educational research.

The ideal candidate:

🌟 Has a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering;

🌟 Has previous experience working in university administration;

🌟 Has previous experience relevant to course administration and documentation;

🌟 Has previous experience working with students at TU-Varna.

 

IT Expert

 Task description:

🌐 Support the development of digital tools and learning materials for the project.

🌐 Maintain project digital resources (platforms, repositories, websites, backups).

🌐 Provide technical support for computer science & cybersecurity practicals/labs.

🌐 Ensure basic security, documentation, and uptime across systems.

The ideal candidate:

🌟 Has proven record maintaining digital assets for national/international projects.

🌟 Has hands-on with Linux/Windows admin, networks,, and common LMS/CMS (e.g., Moodle, WordPress).

🌟 Is familiar with university IT environments—knowledge of TU-Varna infrastructure is an advantage.

 

Communication expert

Task description:

🌐 Prepare texts and graphic materials related to the dissemination and communication process of the project.

🌐 Communicate project information to relevant target groups, partners and stakeholders.

🌐 Handle project social media: plan, publish, and moderate posts; respond to community interactions; maintain a weekly editorial calendar.

🌐 Ensure brand consistency & compliance with project visual identity and EU/EIT visibility rules in all outputs.

The ideal candidate:

🌟 Has proven record of growing social media channels and delivering multi-platform campaigns;

🌟 Has proven record of producing clear, engaging content;

🌟 Has previous experience working on national and international projects at TU-Varna;
